Purpose of the site

The site presents Lizanga Soft, its offers and its work. The information it contains is indicative: every service is subject to a quote and a written agreement, which alone bind both parties.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Our publishing apps

Lizanga Soft uses its own apps, registered with Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, to publish its content and that of the accounts it manages, with the explicit authorization of each account holder. These apps are not offered to the public.

An account holder can revoke this authorization at any time from the settings of the network concerned, or by writing to us. Published content complies with each platform's rules; the account holder remains responsible for what they ask us to publish.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, videos, logos and trademarks on the site belong to Lizanga Soft or to their respective owners, including our clients for the work shown with their consent. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, without being able to guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Links to other sites are given for information: we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law and the OHADA Uniform Act. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Cameroon have jurisdiction.
